Lesley Verbus has worked in a variety of roles in the past 15 years. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Quality Technician at Nifco America Corp. Lesley then worked as a Quality Lab Manager at Veyance Technologies, Inc. from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2016, they were a Senior Quality Analyst and Quality Analyst at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. During the same period, they also worked as a Supply Operations Analyst at AcuSport Corporation. In 2018, they began working as a Senior Business Analyst, Operational Quality & Controls at UnitedHealth Group. Since 2016, they have been a Business Manager at Linear 1 Technologies, LLC.

Lesley Verbus obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics from the University of Dayton between 2001 and 2005. Lesley then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Quality Management from the Florida Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2016.
