Steven Feinberg is an experienced subject matter expert currently serving as Subject Matter Expert III at Lindahl Reed Inc. since August 2023, and previously held the same title at S&K Federal Services, LLC from August 2020 to August 2023. At the US DOE Environmental Management from October 1999 to July 2020, Steven managed a multidisciplinary team overseeing decontamination and demolition of a nuclear facility, significantly reducing project costs from $240 million to $150 million. Prior to that, Steven served as Project Officer for Environment, Safety & Health at US DOE Schenectady Naval Reactors, coordinating oversight during the decommissioning of a nuclear power plant, and as Project Officer for Nuclear Plant Refueling & Overhaul, managing projects totaling over $500 million. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School.
