Natosha Pope currently serves as a Military Clinical Case Manager at Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System, a position held since March 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating and maintaining relationships between the organization and various American Military Behavioral Health Facilities globally. Previously, Natosha worked as a Referral Coordinator, overseeing the transition of patients from inpatient settings to outpatient programs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Cardinal Health from 2010 to 2012, where Natosha researched and provided drug and pricing information to national and independent pharmacies while addressing complex client issues. Natosha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Dubuque.
