Troy Martin, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Implementation for Regional Accounts at Lincoln Financial Group, a position held since May 2018, and has previously held roles such as Implementation and Enrollment Manager and Integrated Team Manager Lead. Prior to joining Lincoln Financial Group, Troy Martin worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance from July 2007 to November 2018, overseeing a team of Disability & FMLA Claim Case Managers and managing the selection, performance, and development of staff. Troy Martin holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maine.
