Keith Jones PhD has a diverse work history with experience in various industries and roles. Keith recently worked at Edgio and Limelight Networks as a Senior Customer Success Engineer. Prior to that, they were a Solutions Consultant at Conviva, where they helped shape the standards for streaming media intelligence. Keith also worked at Actual Experience plc as a Senior Solution Engineer and Delivery Lead, contributing to revenue generation and improving the user experience of financial applications. Keith previously held positions as a Senior Consultant at Intergence Ltd, a Technical Account Manager at Cisco Systems, and a Principal Product Engineer at Fujitsu. Keith's early career included a PhD at Queen Mary, University of London and running their own photography business as a Professional Photographer.

Keith Jones PhD began their education in 1980 at North East London Polytechnic, where they obtained a 1st Class degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1984. After a considerable gap in their education, they pursued higher studies at Queen Mary University of London from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree with a focus in QoS and QoE.
