Marilena Seidel

Marilena Seidel has a strong background in HR and people management. Marilena started their career at HanseMerkur, where they worked as a Key-Account-Manager and completed their apprenticeship as a Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen. Marilena then moved on to maxpool GmbH, where they worked as an Assistant in the legal department. Marilena then joined Bosch Software Innovations as part of the Human Resources - People Development team. After that, they worked at FlixBus as a Recruiter and later as an HR Manager, where they were involved in various HR projects, such as establishing salary benchmarks and developing career paths. Currently, they are the Head of People at Limehome GmbH, where they are responsible for the entire People, Talent & Culture department, managing a team and implementing and improving various HR processes.

Marilena Seidel obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economic Science/Industrial Education from the University of Konstanz, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended the Berufliche Schule für Banken, Versicherungen und Recht mit Beruflichem Gymnasium St. Pauli from 2009 to 2012, and obtained a degree as Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen. In addition to their formal education, Marilena Seidel has pursued various certifications. Marilena completed "The Science of Well-Being" course at Yale University in May 2021, and obtained certifications in "Coaching for Agile Managers" from MunichCoachingSchool and "People Analytics" from the University of Pennsylvania - The Lauder Institute in August 2020. Furthermore, they acquired a certification in "Profile Development for Personnel and Organizational Development" from Universität Konstanz in August 2015.
