Indranil (Neil) Sen is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Tamarind Global. As a co-founder and head of Growth & New Ventures at AlterEGO Accelerators, Indranil has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Previous roles include Group Head HR at Biorad Medisys Pvt Ltd, Associate Vice President of People and Culture at Jumio Corporation, and Head of Human Resources at Wiggles.in. Indranil holds an Executive HRM degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, completed in July 2023, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University, obtained in May 2013.
