Roger Hankins has worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions since April 2012. Prior to that, they were a Process Engineer at Carestream Health Inc. from June 1999 to June 2012. Roger also worked as a Tool Design Engineer at Boeing from 1992 to 1995.

Roger Hankins attended the Oregon Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
