Aaron Griffin is a skilled manufacturing and operations manager with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Since November 2022, Aaron has served as the Manufacturing Manager at LightGraphix. Previously, Aaron held the position of Operations Manager at Weed Management Ltd from January 2017 to November 2022 and worked as the Operations Shift Team Lead at Marshalls Mono for a year in 2016. Earlier in their career, Aaron was a Shift Manager at British Polythene Industries Limited from May 2013 to December 2015. Aaron possesses a CMI Level 7 diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Wiseheart College, obtained between November 2020 and March 2022, as well as IOSH Managing Safely certification, which has been held since July 2016.
