Mark Roberts is an accomplished entrepreneur with a strong background in cleantech and telematics. As the founder of Lightfoot since January 2013, Mark has driven innovation in the telematics sector through a unique technology and service proposition that includes live in-cab feedback and gamification for drivers. In addition, Mark is a Non Executive Director at Electrified Automation, which specializes in electric motor and automated manufacturing technology. Prior to these roles, Mark founded Ashwoods Electric Motors Limited, a cleantech engineering group focused on creating cleaner and more efficient vehicles, ultimately selling the company to Dana Inc in 2019. Mark received a degree in Business & Modern Languages from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne after attending Eton College.
