Shinichi Tanaka serves as the Head of Compensation and Benefits for AXA Life Insurance Japan and AXA General Insurance Japan since September 2019, with prior experience in various HR roles, including HR Business Partner, Head of Compensation and Benefits, and HR Operations at AXA General Insurance Japan. Before joining AXA, Shinichi was a Senior Manager in People & Organization at Sony Pictures Entertainment for nearly a year. An extensive career at AIG from 2000 to 2018 included positions such as HR Planning Team Manager, HR Business Partner Team Manager, and Corporate Officer, Head of HR and Administration for American Home Assurance Company Japan. Shinichi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rikkyo University.
