Ruoji Tang has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

From 2021 to the present, Ruoji served as a Content Marketing Manager at Liftoff Mobile.

In 2019, Ruoji took up the role of Contributing Editor at The Wall Street Journal Magazine - China Edition, where they made significant contributions.

During the same year, Ruoji joined Thunderfoot as a Senior Editorial Associate until October 2020. They then transitioned into the role of Creative Lead from November 2020 to September 2021.

In 2019, Ruoji worked as a Grant Writing Consultant at Impact Experience, showcasing their expertise in securing funding.

From 2011 to 2019, Ruoji was a Doctoral Researcher and Lecturer at Cornell University. They conducted extensive research, presented findings at international conferences, and co-organized interdisciplinary panels and conferences.

Ruoji then continued their studies at Cornell University from 2014 to 2019, ultimately earning their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in English Literature (British and Commonwealth).
