Nicole Washington is an experienced professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as an Associate Customer Success Manager at TELUS Health since 2023. Previously, Washington held the position of Account Services Representative in the same company. At Oracle, from June 2019 to September 2022, Washington worked as a Business Development Consultant, contributing as a lead development and inbound call representative for back office applications, as well as focusing on the Marketing Cloud and Upmarket ERP Cloud.
