LaShay Woods is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social services and law enforcement. Currently serving as Program Manager and Youth & Young Adult Liaison Lead at Lifeline Community Services, LaShay oversees client intake, program development, and staff training while providing intensive case management and outreach services. Previous roles included Youth & Young Adult Liaison, Youth Development Clinical Intern, and Recovery for Life Clinical Intern, where LaShay focused on trauma-informed care and substance use recovery. Earlier experience as a Detentions/Court Services Deputy Sheriff and Corrections Deputy Sheriff with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department involved enforcing laws, maintaining security, and managing inmate conduct. LaShay holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Human Service Management from the University of Phoenix.
