Mia Ferguson is a facilitator at LifeLabs Learning. Mia has also worked as a technical lead and manager for IT infrastructure at Aurora from May 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were a senior software engineer for operations at Rad AI from November 2018 to March 2020. Ferguson has also worked as an infrastructure engineer at Grand Rounds, Inc. from December 2016 to December 2017 and as a software engineer at Tivix, Inc. from June 2015 to December 2016. Mia was also a freelance infrastructure engineer from December 2017 to November 2018.

Mia Ferguson attended Swarthmore College for their undergraduate studies, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in sociology and anthropology. Mia then attended the Winsor School for their post-graduate studies. Mia is also certified as an Okta Certified Consultant.

Mia Ferguson reports to Lisa Safran, Facilitator Lead. They are on a team with Amelia Rosenman - Facilitator, Brandon Morgan - Facilitator, and Scott Henderson - Facilitator.
