Ari has a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Development. He specializes in helping leaders and organizations navigate complex and adaptive challenges. He has helped managers and teams optimize their entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to team engagement and development. Ari is a Lead and Co-founder of the L’Chaim Labs ERG (Employee Resource Group) for all Labmates who identify as Jew(ish) – secular, Jewish by choice, Jewish-adjacent, multi-religious, etc.
