Kelsey McCaw, CMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Collaboration, Experiential & PR at Lids, where responsibilities include driving marketing efforts for collaborations, executing multiple marketing campaigns, and managing a significant branding budget. Previous positions include Ambassador, Experiential and PR Manager at Lids, and Senior Season Ticket Experience & Events Manager at Pacers Sports & Entertainment, where Kelsey achieved high renewal rates and increased ticket sales. Additional experience encompasses roles as Project Manager at Ashfield Meetings & Events, Convention Services Manager at ARIA Resort & Casino, and Hotel Sales Intern at The Mirage. Kelsey McCaw holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Food Management from Ball State University and completed a study abroad program focused on Fashion Merchandising and Photography at Western Kentucky University.
