Maria Evanthia Dalkafouki is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in managing employee development and training at Lidl Hellas since April 2017, where Maria Evanthia serves as the Head of Learning and Development for Greece and Cyprus. Their responsibilities include promoting professional growth, conducting development discussions, and managing national and international training projects. Prior roles also include Learning and Development Consultant and Junior Consultant at Lidl, where Maria Evanthia oversaw performance management processes and facilitated training initiatives. Maria’s career began at Philip Morris International as an HR Generalist and included positions at Sykes Enterprises as a Customer Service Representative and at Φροντιστήρια Επίγνωση as an Executive Administrator. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in HR Management from Heriot-Watt University, Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy from Panteion University and has also studied at Jagiellonian University.
