Karen Wynne is an experienced professional in sustainable agriculture and ecological practices, currently serving as the US Impact Manager at Better Cotton since May 2018, where responsibilities include building a network of cotton growers and promoting sustainable farming practices. As the Owner, Founder, and Principal Soil Scientist at Crotovina, Inc., since July 2003, Karen has led a consulting business that secured over $850,000 in grants to support sustainable agriculture in the Southeast. Previous roles include managing a family farm, serving as Executive Director of the Alabama Sustainable Agriculture Network, and working as a Project Soil Scientist at Ecological Resource Consultants. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Soil Sciences from Cornell University.
