Head of Customer Success at libryo

James Hall has over eight years of experience in marketing and customer success. James is currently the Head of Customer Success at libryo, a position they have held for two years. Prior to that, James was the Brand Manager at dpd laser t/a Dawn Wing for four years. In that role, they were responsible for budgeting, market research, communications, lead generation, and creative execution of campaigns. James has also been involved in marketing strategy development and product development.

Before their time at dpd laser, James was a Business Development and Operations intern at 5rooms.com for six months. James began their career in marketing as a Marketing Trainee at Investec Asset Management, where they worked for three months.

James is a motivated and experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of success. James is passionate about driving positive change and lifting businesses to new levels of achievement.

James Hall received a Master's of Letters in International Business Management from the University of St Andrews. James also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Cape Town, where they studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics. Prior to that, they completed their Matriculation Certificate at Diocesan College.

They work with Beth Roberts - Head of Libryo Collaborate, Malcolm Gray - Co Founder, and Samuel Cloete - Head of Technology. James Hall reports to Peter Flynn, CEO, Cofounder.
