Pauline Richardson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales operations, customer service, and IT management. Currently serving as Sales Operations Support Manager and EMEA Customer Service Manager at Librestream since December 2017, Pauline effectively liaises with clients across the EMEA region. As the Director at Saltire Management Services Ltd since August 2016, Pauline successfully launched a luxury gite rental accommodation in France. Prior to these roles, Pauline spent nearly two decades at Talisman Sinopec Energy UK Limited, where contributions included improving IT business engagement and operational excellence as IT Business Engagement Manager and IT Business Relationship Manager. Early career experiences at Geoconference and Scottish and Newcastle honed customer service and management skills. Pauline holds an MSc in Management from Robert Gordon University and a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Grays School of Art, RGU.
