Joe Niksich has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Joe started their professional journey as a Sr. Business Analyst at Chase Bank (BankOne) in 1992 and worked there until 1998. Following that, they joined Pegasystems, Inc. in 1998 as a Sr. Project Consultant, where they consulted with customers, managed system requirements and work flows, and oversaw on-site testing for large banking and healthcare clients. In 2001, Joe transitioned to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, initially as a Sr. Project Analyst, responsible for planning, analyzing, budgeting, and managing resources and project plans for software development and network projects. Joe later became the Delivery Manager, overseeing projects until 2018. Joe's most recent role is as a Project Manager at Liberty IT Solutions starting from 2018. Overall, Joe has a strong background in project management, analysis, and consulting across various industries.

Joe Niksich obtained their MBA in Finance from Saint Xavier University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they also hold various certifications including SAFe 5 POPM from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in July 2021, csm from Scrum Alliance, obtained in June 2015, and PMP from Project Management Institute, obtained in July 2006.
