Tijana Dubovina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tijana joined M&I Systems, Co. in 2022 as a Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Asseco South Eastern Europe (ASEE) as a Project Manager from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Project Management Officer at Asseco South Eastern Europe, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating human resources within their assigned team. Before that, they worked as a Resource Manager (Project Management Office) from 2017 to 2018, ensuring timely completion of operational activities for all employees. Tijana also has experience as a Project Officer at Asseco South Eastern Europe from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they worked at NCR Corporation as a Help Desk Support Specialist - Walmart Team from 2015 to 2016. Tijana's earlier roles include working as a Resort Supervisor at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club from 2013 to 2014, and in brief positions at "Železnice Srbije" a.d. in 2014 and Atlas Group d.o.o. in 2012.

Tijana Dubovina pursued their education in the field of management. From 2008 to 2012, they attended the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management. Continuing their educational journey, they enrolled in the same institution from 2012 to 2014 and successfully completed their Master's Degree in IT Management. Additionally, Tijana Dubovina holds a certification in PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training, which was obtained from PeopleCert.
