Dan Reed has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Their most recent role was as a Program Manager at Liberty IT Solutions, starting in October 2016. Prior to that, they worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs as an IT Project Manager from March 2011 to October 2016. In this role, they managed projects with significant budgets and was responsible for change and configuration management. Before that, they worked at Five Points Technology Group as a Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst from November 2004 to March 2011. Dan started their career at the Florida Department of Children and Families as a Programmer/Analyst II from July 1999 to September 2004.

Dan Reed has a strong education background with degrees in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, and Finance. Dan obtained their Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, where they attended from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems and a B.S. in Finance from the same university, attending from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Dan Reed has obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. Dan also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in November 2017.
