Pete Lamont has a diverse work experience in the management and IT consulting industry. Pete started off their career as a consultant at KPMG Consulting in 1996, where they provided program and financial management services. Pete then joined BearingPoint, a spin-off of KPMG Consulting, in 2000 and worked as a Senior Manager, focusing on practice area creation, team leadership, and strategic planning. In 2005, Pete joined INTEGRITYOne Partners as a Managing Director and launched the Business Consulting practice within the Department of Homeland Security. Pete played a key role in growing the revenue of the practice to $3 million. Overall, Pete Lamont has demonstrated expertise in practice area growth, operational leadership, team development, and process improvement management throughout their career.

Pete Lamont completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics at the University of Maryland from 1984 to 1988. Pete then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in International Management - Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their academic achievements, Pete Lamont also obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in September 2005.
