Jan Mae Agbayani

Jan Mae Agbayani has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Jan Mae started their career as a Reports Analyst at Access Worldwide Philippines in 2005, where they assisted the operations manager in creating and maintaining report templates. Jan Mae then worked as a Data Analyst at Affiliated Computer Services Philippines, A Xerox Company from 2007 to 2009, performing operational support for call center and IT-enabled services.

In 2009, Jan Mae joined Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) Inc as a Software Business and Test Analyst, where they developed test plans and scripts for multiple large-scale initiatives. Jan Mae also executed test scripts during system and regression tests. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as an IT Web Support specialist at AMS International – ONE.COMFZ-LLC, providing technical assistance and sales to customers via live chat support.

Most recently, Jan Mae worked at Liana Technologies as a Customer Technical Support Engineer from 2017 to the present. In this role, they provided global technical guidance on cloud-based solutions to end-users and handled Level 2 escalations through ticketing systems and calls. Jan Mae also managed long-term and short-term projects for B2B customers with complex requirements, including integrations, automations, and development of sites/landing pages and digital marketing plans.

Jan Mae Agbayani pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. In July 2021, they obtained a certification in SheCodes Basics from SheCodes Workshops.
