Jen Hones began their work experience in 2011 as an Agency Assistant at New York Life Insurance Company. Jen then moved on to work as a Customer Service Representative for the same company. In 2014, they transitioned to PR Newswire, where they started as a Junior Account Executive and later became an Account Executive. Their responsibilities included managing a $3.4 million book of business and ensuring client retention and growth. Jen joined the real estate industry in 2019 as a Realtor for the Ed Huck Team - Keller Williams. Currently, they work as a Strategic Account Manager at Cision, starting in 2023.

Jen Hones earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Ohio University, where they majored in Organizational Communication, Women's Studies, and History. Jen attended Ohio University from 2007 to 2011.
