Neil M. is an accomplished professional in compliance and internal audit, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Compliance at Li-Cycle since September 2022. Previously, Neil held various roles in notable organizations, including Manager of Internal Controls and Compliance at Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. and Manager of Risk Consulting at KPMG. Additionally, Neil contributed significantly to the IIA Toronto Chapter, serving on the Symposium Committee and chairing the annual Symposium planning committee. Neil's expertise spans financial, operational, and SOX audits, with experience in multiple industries. Neil holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.) from Brock University and is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
