Rajveer Singh currently serves as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer at National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) since February 2019, overseeing Corporate and Secretarial Affairs, Compliance, and Legal matters. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate at Corporate Professionals from July 2016 to February 2019, focusing on secretarial retainership for multinational corporations and advisory on Company Law and compliance. Rajveer also held the position of Company Secretary at Ligare Group from June 2014 to June 2016 and was a Company Secretary Trainee at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited from March 2011 to June 2012. Academic qualifications include a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an M.Com from Indira Gandhi National Open University, an LL.B from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and a B.Com (H) from Delhi University.
