Keith Irvine MCIPD is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at the Local Government Management Agency (LGMA) since December 2017. In this role, Keith facilitates the development of strategic human resources and employee relations policies for local authorities in Ireland, providing management representation at various adjudications and supporting best practices in human resources. Prior to LGMA, Keith held the position of Human Resource Manager at Egis Projects Ireland from 2007 to 2017, where responsibilities included directing HR activities and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional experience includes roles as HR Administrator at Mercury Engineering and Store Manager at Virgin Entertainment Group and Dunnes Stores. Keith's academic background includes a Master’s Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Galway and a National Certificate in Business Studies from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.
