Jo Brown, MSc, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR & OD Officer at West Lindsey District Council since July 2014. Previously, Jo worked as an HR & Payroll Officer at Acis Group from April 2004 to June 2014 and as an HR Assistant at East Midlands Instrument Co Ltd from 2000 to March 2004. Jo holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Lincoln, earned between 2004 and 2007.
