Hazel Foster is an experienced professional in organizational culture and development, currently serving as the Culture & Development Manager at LG Energy Solution since July 2022. In this role, Hazel has successfully created and manages a High Potential Program, revised leadership curriculum, and spearheaded a partnership with LinkedIn Learning. Previous experience includes positions as a Writing and Graphic Design Instructor at Gaston Day School and TMI-The Episcopal School of Texas, where course design and multimedia projects achieved notable success. Hazel holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Hollins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Writing and English from Grand Valley State University.
