Maria Marrugat currently serves as the EIT Community Strategic Synergies Manager at EIT Urban Mobility since February 2019, overseeing the EIT Community portfolio and managing the New European Bauhaus project, while also developing strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives. Prior to this role, Maria held positions including Programme Officer at EIT Urban Mobility, where responsibilities included managing calls for tenders and coordinating contract amendments, and Consultant/Project Manager at EDENWAY, leading projects aligned with Horizon 2020. Additional experience includes architectural roles at Sheppard Robson, Jestico + Whiles, and Avanti Architects Limited, focusing on urban design, sustainability, and project management. Maria holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Heritage from UCL and degrees in Architecture from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, along with a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge.
