Boru Chen is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law. Currently serving as the Director of the Legal Department and General Counsel at Lextar Electronics since September 2018, Boru previously held the position of Corporate Counsel and Executive Assistant to the CFO at the same company. Prior to Lextar Electronics, Boru worked at AUO as Corporate Counsel and Director of the Legal Office from October 2005 to October 2017. Boru’s career began at Wong & Co. Law Offices, where the role of Legal Counsel was held from September 1998 to May 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil and Commercial Law from National Taiwan University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution.
