Kristi Caputo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and litigation. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel, Global Commercial at SharkNinja since July 2018, Caputo has held progressive roles within the company, including Senior Counsel and Counsel. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at K&L Gates and as an Attorney at Nelson Mullins. Caputo began a legal career in sports and entertainment, serving as a Paralegal at K Sports & Entertainment LLC, where there was involvement in NFL player representation and contract management. Additional legal experience includes positions as a Law Clerk for Hon. Garrett J. McManus, Immigration Legal Assistance Project Legal Intern, and Family Law Paralegal. Caputo holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Stonehill College.
