Ratnadeep Banerjee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Senior R&D Manager at Lexmark since November 2005, Ratnadeep leads a large team responsible for delivering world-class software solutions for major enterprises globally. Previous roles at Lexmark include R&D Manager and Software Development Manager, with a strong focus on device management applications and complex solution development. Prior to Lexmark, Ratnadeep was a QA Team Lead at Praxis Softek Solutions, specializing in extensive testing and automation for various applications. Ratnadeep holds an AMIE degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Institution of Engineers (India), obtained between 1995 and 2001.
