Eric Wai has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Eric worked at LexisNexis Canada Inc. as the Director of Client Relationships, Managing Director for Large Law and Mid-Law, and Head of Content for Lexis Practice Advisor Canada. Prior to that, they worked as a Lawyer for Corporate Law and Knowledge Management at both Stikeman Elliott LLP and Appleby. Eric also had experience as a Lawyer specializing in Labour and Employment at Stikeman Elliott LLP.

Eric Wai earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Economics from McGill University, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992. Eric then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Ottawa, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
