Patrick Bonds, MBA, HFL, CHFM, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patrick began their career in the Marine Corps Recruiting, where they served as a Sergeant from September 2000 to September 2004. Following their military service, Patrick joined Blackwedler HVAC as an HVAC Designer/Installer for four years, from July 2004 to May 2008.

In 2008, Patrick transitioned to Lexington Medical Center, where they held multiple roles. Patrick started as a Certified Engineering Mechanic from May 2008 to June 2014. Patrick then served as a Maintenance Supervisor from June 2014 to August 2018. Currently, Patrick holds the position of Director of Facility/Property Services at LMC Extended Care since August 2018.
