Ty Bittner has extensive experience in food and beverage operations, having worked in various roles in different companies such as Real Mex Restaurants and Keagans Restaurant Group. With a strong background in overseeing F&B operations for sports venues and restaurants, Ty has proven success in improving operational performance and mentoring staff. Ty holds a degree from Florida Atlantic University, Palm Beach State College, and The Culinary Institute of America. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of F&B Operations for Levy Restaurants, Ty's responsibilities include managing operations at various race tracks and ensuring alignment with NASCAR leadership.
