Arik Pröving is the Vice President DACH at Levin since June 2022, focusing on connecting rapid growth companies in FinTech, HealthTech, GreenTech, and RetailTech with top talent. Prior to joining Levin, Arik Pröving worked at Computer Futures from May 2014 to June 2022, holding various positions including Manager of the IT Permanent Division and Team Manager in Hamburg, specializing in Java software developers and Open Source specialists. Arik Pröving also served as a Principal Consultant at SThree and completed internships with SOGECLAIR AEROSPACE and Keywords International, focusing on HCM and ERP systems and software testing, respectively. Arik Pröving holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Bremen.
