Anthony Pontoriero currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance at Rutgers Business School since September 2023 and has held the position of Managing Director at Leverage Companies since June 2020. Prior experience includes a Finance and Development Intern role at CHA Partners, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis across various asset classes and collaboration on municipal approvals and development project documentation. Additionally, Pontoriero worked as a Seasonal Client Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on asset allocation and wealth analysis to support investment strategies. Anthony Pontoriero holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, attained in 2020, and graduated from Seton Hall Preparatory School in 2016.
