Frank Wendt is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director of HR at Leuchtturm Gruppe since May 2017. Wendt has a rich background in human resources, having owned and managed an HR consultancy since 2005, and previously worked as a Specialist in HR Development at Gruner + Jahr AG & Co. KG from July 2001 to December 2007. Wendt began a career in HR as a Research Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates from January 1999 to June 2001, and also contributed to academic E-Learning at Universität Rostock from 1996 to 1998. Wendt holds two diplomas from Universität Rostock, one in HR Studies (1995-1998) and another in Engineering (1991-1996).
