Lynn Korwek is a Senior Talent Acquisition Representative at Reynolds Consumer Products since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in talent sourcing and recruitment. Previously, Lynn worked as a Talent Sourcing Consultant for Talent Fulfillment Resources from 2007 to 2021, where exceptional research and sourcing skills focused on recruiting passive candidates and executing tactical strategies for candidate flow were developed. Concurrently, Lynn served in a similar capacity at Creative HR Solutions and provided talent sourcing services for PSB Consulting, gaining expertise across various industries, including Consumer Packaged Goods and Healthcare. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
