Oluwatoyin Puddicombe is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Senior People and Culture Manager at Letshego Nigeria since February 2024. With a strong focus on enhancing employee engagement and implementing cultural initiatives, Oluwatoyin has successfully led Nigeria's Culture Rollout across 11 countries and introduced various recognition programs. As the founder of Toyin Talks Talent (T3), Oluwatoyin has supported over 30 professionals in advancing their careers through coaching and mentorship. Previous roles include Senior Manager People Culture Experience and Operations at TVC Communications, where Oluwatoyin contributed to employee engagement and strategic HR support, and Senior Human Resources Associate at YOA Insurance Brokers, known for innovative recruitment strategies. Oluwatoyin's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan.
