Carla Ramos is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people management and culture development. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Royal Garden Hotel since February 2020, Carla has previously held significant roles including Assistant People & Culture Manager at the same institution, Human Resources Manager at The Athenaeum Hotel and Residences, and various positions at The Landmark London, Ramalho Rosa Cobetar SA, and Boyden Portugal.
