Graeme Higginbotham is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electronics and firmware engineering, primarily within the defense sector. Since January 2015, Graeme has held several roles at Leonardo, culminating in the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager while also leading various projects in electronics engineering. Key responsibilities include managing a small electronics team, fault diagnosis, obsolescence management, production test design, and product qualification. Previous experience includes roles at Pelamis Wave Power and Selex ES, where Graeme contributed to FPGA code development and firmware design, alongside early career positions at BAE Systems and JRS Photo Hardware. Graeme holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University and completed a hardware technician apprenticeship at Selex Galileo.
