Gabriel Puente-Lay is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer II at Allegient Defense since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Repair Development Engineer and Production Engineer at StandardAero, where skills in generating repair documents, improving processes, and utilizing Lean Manufacturing methods were demonstrated. Additional experience includes positions as Test Grader at Data Recognition Corporation, Lead Engineer Co-op at Allegion US, and involvement in engineering projects and improvements at various companies. Gabriel holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2016.
