Adarsh Kiran Narayanadas is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in visual and user experience design. Currently serving as Lead Visual Experience Designer at Leoforce since August 2019, Adarsh specializes in crafting and managing brand visual identity while optimizing design challenges with innovative solutions. Previous roles include Sr Visual Experience Designer at flynas, where Adarsh led UI standards and developed product-level use scenarios, and Lead Designer at Gainsight, focusing on end-to-end product UX and supporting various departments with graphic assets. Early career experiences include positions at Virtusa, ValueLabs, Vsplash TechLabs, and a creative trainee internship at 4th Room Advertising. Adarsh holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Applied Arts from Sri Venkateswara College of Fine Arts.
