Amanpreet Kaur is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic workforce planning and people management. Currently serving as the HR Leader for Lenovo's AP PCSD Category Organization, Amanpreet oversees HR practices for regional segment organizations and marketing teams across 13 countries, managing a multi-country HR team of five. Previous roles at Lenovo include Senior HR Partner and Corporate HR Manager, along with a notable tenure at Nokia, where Amanpreet worked as an HR Consultant and completed a summer internship focused on developing a human capital valuation framework.
