Eric Perez is a seasoned engineering professional with over 25 years of experience at Lennox International. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager, Eric leads new product development teams on regulatory-driven programs across various product lines and provides essential engineered design specifications for new projects. Previously, as a Principal Mechanical Engineer, Eric developed a ground-up family of R410A products and served in roles such as Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities included the design, testing, and optimization of cooling systems and the development of wiring methods and automated systems for manufacturing. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
